Yeah! My friend, artist Connie DK Lane, is having another show (here’s an installation she did to honor lives lost to COVID-19 here, this was an earlier show — and this is another I performed in). Please join us. Below are her official info and description…
“Connie DK Lane’s work is born of her emigration from Hong Kong and evolved from contemplations on belonging, memory, and being. By combining aspects of lived experience and creative imagination, Lane’s art beckons viewers to meditate on their own complexities. Artist reception March 23, 2 to 5 p.m. with a performance at 3 p.m. The show runs through April 29.”
What’s the last art show you attended?…
Wow!! daAL this is incredible and so creative. Sending you both lots of joy in this exhibit.
I see that it’s going on now—I hope you’re having a fantastic time. 🙂
Blessings,
Debbie

That looks so cool! We just visited the National Gallery at Christmastime, and next week, I’m going to see the Impressionist exhibit at the Art Gallery of Ontario. Looking forward to it!

How cool! How long will you have to be standing still?

the theme has much to do with Connie paying tribute to her mom who passed away when Connie couldn’t be with her. hence, all who’d like to participate are encouraged to contemplate their loved ones who’ve passed away. she tells me we’ll be walking a little, then kneeling (or can sit) for 10 mins
